Susan's Story
In late 2017, Susan Palacios experienced Christian deliverance through the baptism in the Holy Ghost, and very quickly, the gifts of the Spirit began to operate in her life. This included the discerning of spirits, and the anointing of deliverance came upon her. Through the resurrection power of Jesus, she has assisted countless individuals in breaking free from suicide, addictions, depression, anxiety, curses, and demonic oppression. Through healing prayers and spiritual deliverance, she has empowered them to overcome the works of the enemy and embrace the freedom and destinies that Jesus has placed in their lives. Her passion lies in helping the body of Christ to break free from the enemy, enabling them to rise above and operate from a place of power and dominion as they fulfill their destinies!
What is Deliverance?
Many people are often confused by the term 'deliverance,' as they have limited understanding of the spiritual bondage that has afflicted mankind since the fall of Adam. In a religious context, Christian deliverance refers to the process by which someone who is possessed or oppressed by a demon or evil spirit is set free from this bondage through healing prayers and spiritual deliverance, emphasizing the liberation from disobedient spirits.
Why do Christians need deliverance? I thought we were made new when we come to Christ.
The Holy Spirit comes to inhabit our spirit, which is the eternal and redeemed part of us. In contrast, our body and soul are not fully aligned with this divine presence, and demons remain in those areas until they undergo Christian deliverance through healing prayers and are ‘washed through the water of the Word’ and forcibly ejected by the power of God.
Do you need deliverance?
You may realize that you need Christian deliverance if you find yourself struggling with depression, anxiety, fear, or addictions such as alcohol, drugs, pornography, or food. Other signs include feelings of anger, resentment, bitterness, suicidal thoughts, self-harm behaviors, self-condemnation, low self-esteem, and a distorted self-image. Constant traumas or negative events, health issues, family or relationship struggles, and low motivation can also indicate a need for spiritual deliverance. If you engage in numbing or avoidance behaviors, such as binge-watching TV or being addicted to social media, it may prevent you from feeling whole and free to live for Jesus. Remember, He paid the price for you to have life and to enjoy it abundantly!
